Refund & Returns Policy – Powernet Cable

At Powernet Cable, we are committed to delivering high-quality networking and cable products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all accessories
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order number)

Any product that is used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or special-order cables
  • Cut-to-length cables or bulk reels once opened
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation

3. Return Authorization (RMA)

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
  • No restocking fee will be charged if:
    • The product is defective
    • Incorrect item was shipped by Powernet Cable

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Powernet Cable is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will provide:
    • Free replacement OR
    • Full refund (including shipping)

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products.
  • For non-defective exchanges, standard return policy applies.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, the order must go through the return process.
