1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order number)
Any product that is used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or special-order cables
- Cut-to-length cables or bulk reels once opened
- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged due to improper use or installation
3. Return Authorization (RMA)
- All returns must be approved before shipping.

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns without RMA will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
- No restocking fee will be charged if:
- The product is defective
- Incorrect item was shipped by Powernet Cable
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Powernet Cable is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will provide:
- Free replacement OR
- Full refund (including shipping)
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products.
- For non-defective exchanges, standard return policy applies.
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Once shipped, the order must go through the return process.
